How quickly can I get my list?
Our turn-around time for most list orders is 24-48 business hours from the time we receive your signed Order Confirmation and full payment. For highly customized list orders, more time may be required. Rush orders are available for most list orders for a fee.

Timeshare-Lists.com can provide your list on disk, by e-mail, FTP, CD-ROM and/or Cheshire labels. Please ask your representative if you require the list in any other format.

How often do you update your databases?
At Timeshare-Lists.com, compiled lists are updated monthly or quarterly through postal, subscription, or credit changes of address, through original source documentation, pander files, telemarketing efforts and suppression files. Phone numbers are updated weekly. We also CASS, DSF, and PAVE-certify to ensure maximum postal discounts and the highest deliverability rates.

How many times may I use my list?
Lists are rented for a one-time use only. The way this is monitored is by seeding each list with decoy names so Timeshare-Lists.com will know if the list is reused. There are list subscription options available for an additional cost where you have unlimited use for a certain period of time. Please inquire within for more details.
